Hi Reader, If you know me personally, you know there's something that happens when I'm really passionate about a topic. Well, two things: one, I start talking *really* fast and two, I can't shut up about it. That's how I feel about Cowork right now. Yet, I've been holding out on telling you all the details about the launch because truthfully, I was a little nervous. Nervous I might say too much and not be able to meet your expectations, nervous because I've never really done something like this, nervous about the launch...just a bundle of nerves and excitement and happiness but also "can I pull this off?" happening all at once. But last week I was standing in my studio, unpacking products and putting them on my beautiful new bookshelves (thanks Chris) and it hit, I'm really doing this. It's happening and even if its a messy launch, I'm ready for it. Truthfully, I think the nerves are part of the reason I've not been in your inbox as much lately because while I have SO MUCH to say, I was also a little scared of saying it out loud. If I say it out loud, it's so much more real. But today I'm sitting in my best friend's living room overlooking the mountains in Colorado. For the past few days I've been "Aunt Callie" gardening, reading books, and having dance parties with my sweet two-year old niece. She's unbelievably confident. If you ask her something she leads with an emphatic "yes" or "no" without a second thought. So today, I'm channeling her energy and telling you everything I've wanted to share about Cowork, but hesitated to put on paper. Cowork isn't one thing, it's an ecosystem for creative entrepreneurs where you take what you need, when you need it. There are free and paid aspects so regardless of what stage you're at in your journey, you can be part of this community. Let's dive into what you can expect with Cowork: šÆāāļø Community Gatherings: One of my favorite things in the world is hosting. I love every aspect of creating a space for experiences and I'll be bringing that passion into Cowork. One of my favorite places to share is Instagram and here in the newsletter. IG Stories are like coffee chats with a virtual friend and the feed is where I share deeper dives into topics like brand strategy, building sustainable business practices, and real-life learnings from my journey. The newsletter is where I go even deeper and invite you to be part of the conversation. The thing is: that's not enough for me. To build true community, we need gatherings. So that's why I'm already dreaming up virtual AND in-person gatherings to bring creatives together so we can learn and celebrate with one another. š FREE Resources & Real, Honest Reviews (saving you hours of time going down rabbit holes): I'm asked on a weekly basis for recommendations, what do I use for this or that, and always find myself fishing around for links and codes and offering in-depth insights into the tools and things I love. Well all that's coming together into one place (finally) and it's not just quick links and suggestions. The resource hub is in-depth dives into my favorite software, trusted reviews of my recommended service providers, products that support my wellness and work environment, and companies I've spent hours researching in order to source the best sources for goods to support your business. I did the deep diving so you don't have to! š§ Brand Brainstorms (aka "Pick my brain" about your business): 45 or 90-minute sessions where you can pick my brain about anything brand, brand strategy, websites, marketing, and more. I'm incredibly excited about these sessions because it's the first time I'll be offering them in an official capacity. For years I've donated these to startup pitch competitions and found that I LOVE helping business owners of all kinds talk out their sticky situations. You'll do a little prep work ahead of time so I know what we're diving into and then afterwards you'll get a detailed recap with any recommendations or resources I provide during our call. šļø Coworking Sessions (focused strategy sessions for your stickiest area of your business): Three pathways, three sessions, one action plan. Coworking Sessions focus on the three key areas where I see business owners struggle with their brand: alignment, services & offer suite, and client experience. You choose your pathway and we'll strategize to create more alignment, excitement, and flow within your business. I'll also be creating a special offer for those who want to add this onto their Brand in a Week! Get a sneaky peak at the (still in progress) landing page here. š» COMING FALL 2024 | Brand-Focused Digital Products: I have two exciting products I'm developing right now focused on brand strategy, the area I see most new business owners skip when starting out. Currently in the pipeline: The Brand Strategy Framework, a comprehensive guide to DIY your brand strategy and a masterclass on branding your client experience. Both will be launching later this year, but waitlists will be live when we launch Cowork on June 13! š Curated Goods for Creatives: Y'allllllll this shop is perhaps one of the coolest things I've ever created. You know when you do so many things for other people and you're like "If it were me, I'd do it this way" welllllll after working with eCommerce businesses of all kinds for 8 years now, I've developed a long list of those things and I'm packing all of them into this shop. She's a beaut and I can't wait for you to explore everything. Everything in well under $100 and highly curated, no fluff or filler. I chose the products I love and align with my values and I've meticulously combed over every detail from the store to the packaging to the workflows. Everything will be available to shop on launch day and there will be a fun Product Reveal Event I'll share more about soon. So that's the rundown, all the beauty packed into Cowork with Callie. I'm truly beyond excited to be bringing something like this into the world after so many years of dreaming about it. Leading up to the launch I'll be deep diving on the different aspects of Cowork so you know what to expect and earmark the things you're excited to see. If you've made it this far, I'd love for you to reply and let me know what you're most excited about from this list and a resource you'd like to see in the hub! Can't wait to hear your thoughts! Until then, have an incredible week and take good care of yourself (you deserve it!), Callie P.S. Honeycomb friends, I'll be sharing about Cowork over the next few weeks but you won't receive every email unless you want to. If you want to see both Honeycomb and Cowork emails, you can opt-in here. |
Hi Reader, I've been in a time of deep reflection and planning since the start of the new year. Most of that reflection is around the future of Honeycomb and how I want this business to evolve as Chris and I begin to plan on having children. However, there are also other things that are coming up like a desire to break free from Instagram and create different methods for developing relationships. That's ultimately led me to begin writing again, this time on Substack. In today's post I'm...
Hi friend, Lengthy catch up ahead so if you're not interested in scrolling to the bottom, there's 25% off the entire Cowork shop right now through the end of the week, no code needed. Okay now that we have that out of the way, let's gab! It's been awhile since I've dropped into your inbox. There's so much I want to tell you about the last few months -- about the work we're doing, being off Instagram, and what's ahead for 2025. If I had to use one word to sum up this year it is alignment....
Well, Reader, it's been a minute... I've not been in your inbox since the launch of Cowork and it's truly for no other reason than I've been in some really deep work lately. I've been in the kind of work that leaves me feeling both deeply fulfilled and at the same time without many "takeaways" or "learning lessons" or "hot takes". I'm doing the kind of work I've always dreamed of: a convergence of my design skills with my "loves to solve a puzzle" marketing brain. The funny thing is, this...
